It’s a 90-minute immersive experience hosted by TrashMagick Alchemy that helps people through real poppet crafting, rituals , intention setting, symbolic burial, and manifestations for their new beginnings to sever those ties to harmful relationships, reclaim lost power and step into their true authentic selves. it’s part metaphysical workshop, part ceremonial purge.

It’s part therapy, part ritual, part riot. Unlike typical healing circles or wellness retreats that shy away from rage and shadow work, Hexercise welcomes your inner chaos. Nope! No experience required. This is for anyone open to personal transformation, spiritual symbolism, and a little magical mayhem. We guide you through every step, and all materials are provided.

Nope. This is a personal journey. You’ll express your truth through writing, crafting, and energy work. If you want to share, there’s space—but it’s never required.

Hell no. The “ex” is symbolic—this can be anyone who’s haunted you: a toxic parent, an abusive boss, a fake friend, even an old version of yourself you’re ready to bury. Anyone (or anything) whose energy needs to be evicted from your spiritual lease is fair game..

Wear something comfortable that you can move and sit in (witchy of course is always welcome but so is flip flops lol). Bring an open mind, a determination to choose you and a willingness to get real with yourself. All ritual tools and materials are provided as well as tea and water.

Your writings are sealed by you and placed in the coffin, the doll is up to you. Some participants choose to burn or bury them as part of their release, others keep them for further work >) . We’ll provide guidance for next steps and disposal options during the session..

You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the anonymity of others, the ritual integrity, and the proprietary practices used within the Hexercise Wellness Room.
